Before you order
We print exactly what you enter: spelling, capitalization, and punctuation included. Please read it twice before checking out. Because each mug is made specifically for you, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Shorter text reads better. One striking line beats three cramped ones, and it is the version people actually keep on their desk.
Who buys this
Teams putting together a leaving gift, partners marking an anniversary, and anyone who has looked at a shelf of generic mugs and thought none of these say it. Nurses and therapists often add credentials such as OTR/L, CVT or FNP-C. If you would rather start from a design, browse all our mugs, or the personalized Licensed Listener mug if you are buying for a counselor.
Frequently asked questions
How much text can I add?
Keep it short for the best result. A single line or a short phrase prints far more cleanly than a paragraph.
Will it print exactly what I type?
Yes, including capitalization and punctuation. Please double-check before ordering.
Can I return a personalized mug?
Only if it arrives damaged or incorrect, since each one is made specifically for you.
Can I order several with different names?
Yes, add them as separate items so each gets its own text. For a large team order, email contact@talluladesignco.com.
How long does it take?
1 to 4 business days to produce, plus 2 to 5 business days in transit.
