1. About us

This website, www.talluladesignco.com, is operated by TallulaDesignCo, a small business based in Portugal ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. You can contact us at contact@talluladesignco.com.

2. Our products

Our tote bags, shirts, sweatshirts and mugs are made to order. Each item is printed on demand by our production partner in the United States after you place your order. We do our best to show colors and designs accurately, but colors can vary slightly between screens and printed products.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout. We may correct pricing errors and may cancel and fully refund any order placed at an obviously incorrect price.

4. Orders

Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you receive a full refund.

5. Personalized items

For personalized products, you are responsible for the accuracy of the text you provide, including spelling. We may refuse personalization that is offensive, unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.

6. Shipping

We ship to the United States. Shipping costs and times are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Because every item is made to order, returns are accepted for damaged, defective or incorrect items reported within 14 days of delivery. The full rules are in our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, illustrations, text and images on this website belong to TallulaDesignCo and may not be copied, reproduced or sold without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the right to use that product, not the design.

9. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to access it without authorization, disrupting its operation or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
