Every TallulaDesignCo item is printed to order just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. If something arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, we will make it right at no cost to you.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
- Contact us at contact@talluladesignco.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a photo showing the problem.
- We will send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the item back.
Items we cannot return or exchange
- Items ordered in the wrong size or color. Please check the size chart in the product photos before ordering.
- Personalized items, unless they arrive damaged, defective or with an error on our side.
- Returns for a change of mind.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the credit.
Cancellations
Production starts quickly, so orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. Email contact@talluladesignco.com with your order number. After 6 hours we cannot guarantee a cancellation.
Colors and printing
Colors can look slightly different from one screen to another. Shirts are printed direct-to-garment, which can look a little softer than the product photos. These differences are not considered defects.
