Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping: $4.89 per order.
- Free standard shipping on orders of $120 or more.
The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders take 1 to 4 business days to be printed and prepared for shipping.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Where your order is made
TallulaDesignCo is a small business based in Portugal. Every item is printed on demand by our production partner in the United States and shipped from the US, so there are no customs fees or import duties for US orders.
Peak holiday seasons
During busy periods, including Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, production and shipping can take longer than usual. We recommend placing holiday orders as early as possible, and by early December for Christmas.
Delays and lost packages
Delivery times are estimates. Carriers can be delayed by weather, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your package shows as delivered but has not arrived, email us and we will help.
