Nutrition & Dietetics
“Nutrition Is My Jam” totes, shirts and mugs for dietitians, RDs, RDNs, nutritionists and dietetic interns. Eight jam jars naming the actual science, printed to order in the USA.
Gifts that name the science, not the diet
Most dietitian gifts get the profession wrong in the same way: they treat it as an interest in healthy eating rather than a credentialed clinical job. Becoming an RD or RDN takes a degree, a supervised practice program of a thousand hours or more, and a national registration exam. Most dietitians then spend their careers pushing back against the diet-culture messaging that generic gifts lean into.
The design in this collection goes the other way. Eight jam jars, each labeled with something real: Prebiotics and Probiotics, Micronutrients, Fiber, Macronutrients, Ingredients Labels, Glycemic Index, Antioxidants, and RDA. It is an inside joke that only lands with the profession, which is exactly what makes it land.

When to buy
March is the peak by a wide margin: National Nutrition Month runs all month and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Day falls on the second Wednesday, both organized by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Graduation and the end of a dietetic internship follow in May and June. December is steadier, and mostly individual thank-yous.
Materials and care
Comfort Colors garment-dyed cotton shirts. Natural cotton canvas totes with reinforced stitched handles, in three sizes. Ceramic mugs. Printed to order in Louisville, Kentucky, and typically shipped within one to four business days.
Frequently asked questions
What is a good gift for a dietitian?
Something that names the credential or the science rather than dieting. A tote that holds client materials and a laptop gets used every working day.
Is a dietitian the same as a nutritionist?
Not quite. RD and RDN are protected titles requiring a degree, a supervised internship and a national exam, while nutritionist alone can mean less regulated training depending on the state. These designs say nutrition rather than a credential, so they work for both.
When is National Nutrition Month?
March, with Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Day on the second Wednesday. Order by late February for a team.
Can a clinical nutrition team order together?
Yes. Email contact@talluladesignco.com for group quantities and timing.
